Post Subject: diesel filter

This is a very silly idea. The filter is there to protect many hundreds of pounds worth of diesel equipment so trying to save maybe £10 (or less from a motor factors) for a filter is a false economy. In any case I doubt it is a gauze, I would expect special paper and you would have to cut a spin on filter to get it apart. Tony Brooks
