First of all we should not be seen to encourage DIY repairers to gas equipment unless the person doing it can prove competence. However have a look at this http://www.canalworld.net/forums/index.php?showt opic=45501 (all on one line) and I notice the well know online and depot vendor who started life selling screws has universal thermocouples listed. I suspect many plumbers' merchants will also supply a generic version. Tony Brooks
