Any competent sheet metal worker with access to a set of rollers should be able to make one for you. Thy these people http://www.aglester.co.uk.
Also keep asking each chandlery you pass who supplies them. I am sure you will eventually find an individual who makes them.

re darrens question in Octobers Canal Boat,i have been making stainless steel chimneys to fit any size collar for a few years.They are all made on site so there is no problem with the fit,also the same goes for the liner.
